Kitchen Assistant needed for a busy West End Kitchen
Pay - £10 an hour
Job type - Part-time
Shift and schedule - Weekend availability, Monday to Friday
Location - Backstage Bites in London
The role is a mix of food preparation and KP role.
Duties to include all washing up of service crockery & cutlery, pots and pans, cleaning the equipment and the kitchen to a high standard, and assisting the chef with food prep. Also cooking and serving meals and functions in the chefs absence. 20 - 40 hours a week depending on functions three to four days out of Mon to Friday plus the first Sunday of every month, and occasional Saturday. Must be a confident self starter.
