You will be expected to have a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings, provide recommendations, and address any customer inquiries or concerns. Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Present menus to guests and answer any questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Provide recommendations and suggestions based on guest preferences, dietary restrictions, and special requests.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
