The Opportunity Guest Experience Manager
A talented extravert, smart and people-loving brand ambassador for our hotel by Covent Gardenin the heart of London.
As a Guest Experience Manager, you will be based at the front desk managing shift reception duties including check-ins & outs, handling complaints & providing a friendly, knowledgeable concierge service. As the duty manager after hours, you will also ensure the safety and security of the building and guests.
Your Responsibilities as a Guest Experience Manager
- Cheerfully welcome, help & support all guests
- Be an empowered & proactive manager on duty
- Empower guests to get the most out of their stay through being an expert on both in-house & local-area facilities and services

- Tech savvy
- Organized and a team player, can also work as an individual
- Successful experience in a similar role/environment a bonus
