We are looking for someone to work for a major office furniture provider .
Over 50 furniture, design and workplace experts shape spaces to bring out the best in the people who occupy them. The role of the Customer Service/Sale Support Representative is to provide support to the sales team over 3 locations in the UK (London, Rainham, Leeds).
Reporting directly to their Commercial Manager, this role will have responsibility for supporting the sales team.
Must be willing to visit both sites Duties and Responsibilities:
Raising quotations for clients
Requesting quotations and pricing from suppliers
Putting together cost plans
Handling customer requests
Raising Purchase Orders
Chasing Order acknowledgements/outbound quality feedback calls
Maintaining good customer relations
Answering customer's telephone queries
