Team Leader – Late Shift at Permanent
My client is recruiting for a Team leader to join their depot in Westminster. They offer a supportive and team-focused work environment with a friendly atmosphere.
Salary £17 per hour – £35,360 per annum
Monday – Friday
Shift Time: 13:30pm to 22:00pm, 8 hours a day with 30 minutes unpaid break
Main duties and responsibilities:
Be a Leader and a champion of all my clients Purpose and values. Lead by example in all of them.
Be a role model, lead and motivate their people to deliver their vision.
Be a champion for all new Innovations they are adopting in the contract.
Work a minimum of two weekends per pay period
Ensure that the Westminster contractual obligations are completed in the required times as part of your daily duties.
Ensure all priority routes are completed as per contract and checked regularly throughout the day.
