We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team and provide compassionate care to elderly residents in our care home. The ideal candidate will have a passion for senior care, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist seniors with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
- Supervise and support junior care staff in providing quality care
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Drive resident outings and appointments as needed
- Utilize IT systems for documentation and reporting
