Equans is looking for a Evening Cleaner to join our team in Grant Thornton, Finsbury, EC2P 2YU on a permanent basis. This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £13,676.00 and benefits package.
Shift Pattern: Mon to Fri – 17.30 to 21.30hrs
What will you deliver?
Working under the instruction of the Cleaning Team Leader and actively work alongside the evening team, support the cleaning operation on a NIGHTLY basis.
Work to the Periodic Deep Clean Schedule ensuring all specific cleaning duties are undertaken and time-factored targets are met.
Ensure Purex system (preferred method of cleaning) is used throughout the NIGHTLY operation.
Ensure suitable signage such as yellow caution signs and closed for cleaning signs are readily available. Reproduce necessary signage as required.
Take an active lead in maintaining the heavy-duty equipment. Carry out NIGHTLY checks both at the start and end of each shift, reporting any problems or defects to the Cleaning Team Leader.
These checks to include minor maintenance and cleaning tasks with a view to ensuring the longevity of equipment and the avoidance of down-time where the machine is inoperable and any unnecessary repair costs.
