First Call Talent Solutions are recruiting for a permanent car park supervisor for a large retailer in Wembley, London!
Working 5 days out of 7, which will include some weekends

Job Duties of a Car Park Supervisor:
You will be overseeing the collection of abandoned trolleys and ensure that they are quickly returned to customer pick-up points in a good clean condition.
Managing a small team to deliver the highest standard of customer service.
Ensure all staff adhere to the Company’s HR and H&S policies and procedures.
Recording and submission of time sheets on a weekly basis.
Completing weekly rosters.
Liaising with store managers and colleagues to help develop and maintain excellent working customer relationships.
Dealing with customers and resolving any complaints.
Carrying out general maintenance, inspection, cleaning and repairs to the trolley fleet on site.
Motivating, training and developing a flexible team.
