Hampton by Hilton London Old Street is in the east of the city, a five-minute walk from Old Street Station, and 10 minutes from the bars and restaurants of Shoreditch. The Tower of London and the British Museum are both less than two miles for us. We have a fitness center and conference room,
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for closing the days sales and running end of day process
- Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all work is completed to high quality standards
Skills:
- Fluent in English for effective communication with clients and team members
- Strong customer service skills to provide excellent service and satisfaction
