What does a Residential Support Worker do at Hillingdon?
We are recruiting to a number of Residential Care Worker Post to join the team at Hatton Grove.
This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week on a rota basis. The salary advertised will be pro-rated.
Hatton Grove is a 20 bedroomed residential service for Adults with Learning Disabilities. We provide a warm, caring, and comfortable environment where our service-users can develop skills and achieve maximum quality of life .
Key Responsibilities include:
To enable service users to live a full and active life, planning and arranging social and recreational activities within the home and in the local community, and to offer service users a range of opportunities and experiences that is stimulating, interesting and relevant.
To demonstrate understanding of the Council’s Customer Care Standards and ensure that these standards are met in order to deliver the Council vision of ‘putting our residents first’.
