This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled warehouse operative to join a manufacturing environment in a leading manufacturer of radio frequency (RF) antenna products. The role would suit a motivated, individual looking to work as part of a friendly team.
The company is an industry leader in a specialist field with extensive experience and a well-established reputation, producing a range of bespoke and standard RF antenna products ranging from large volume products for global companies to small volume custom work for highly specific applications. The company manufactures products for a diverse range of industries and market sectors including public safety, defence, transportation, utilities, manufacturing, construction and consumer goods.
Job responsibilities
Activities and responsibilities will vary according to exact role. Some examples are below:
· Picking and Packing orders (including admin processing on SAP Business One)
· Receiving and dispatching goods
· Conducting in-bound and out-bound goods inspection.
· Packing incoming stock away, rotating stock and stocktaking, including pallet handling
· Reviewing orders so no mistakes are made
· Making sure that the H&S procedures for the warehouse are followed including a good house-keeping and equipment maintenance
· Repacking and kitting jobs
· Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
