Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous Coordinator to join our team in managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and be proficient in CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records and databases

- Assist in data entry tasks with attention to detail

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

- Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette

- Support the team with administrative tasks as required

- Covering up to 100 shifts a day

Requirements:

- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role

- Proficiency in using Microsoft and other computerised systems

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

- Excellent typing skills and data entry accuracy

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
