We are currently recruiting for a Night Receptionist to join Front of House team at The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.

Overview: 

An amazing opportunity to join Edwardian Hotels at our 5 Star May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.

As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting our guests, check in and out procedures and dealing with guest enquires during night time hours.

Handles cash payments and a float in accordance with company standards. 

Responds to all guest communication professionally, ensuring personalisation and customisation. 

Assists with the daily completion of Admin Tasks.

Promotes hotel amenities, food and beverage outlets and arranges in house services as required.

Gathers information about each guest in order to update our guest database and make proactive use of our guest data base to provide a truly personal service.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards, exceeding guest expectations.
