More About Your Role
A newly created role to support an exciting new contract, you will be the first contact for all students, visitors and contractors at the Royal College of Art London, the world's most influential post graduate institution of art and design. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, working closely with our cleaning, maintenance and security colleagues to provide an excellent service. As the first point of contact it's crucial you provide a great first impression.
You will be answering queries from our customers both face to face and electronically, which requires great communication skills and you will deal with all enquiries in a professional manor. In addition your role will require you to carry out general administration duties, as well as being responsible for processing all visitors signing in and out, including contractors.
We are recruiting for 3 positions, 2 of which are based in Battersea (one with a shift pattern of 7am to 3.30pm and the other 10am to 7pm) and the other at South Kensington (8.30am to 5pm).
