Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Shopkeeper to join our team. As a Shopkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our shop, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be fluent in English and Spanish, and possess a keen eye for detail. Duties: - Greet customers and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized shop environment - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Analyze sales trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly - Process customer transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system - Provide product recommendations and upsell to increase sales - Assist with data entry tasks to update inventory records - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and professionalism - Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Requirements: - Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) - Excellent phone etiquette skills - Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions - Proficient in data entry tasks with high accuracy - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining an organized shop environment - Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers - Ability to work well in a team environment - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required We offer competitive pay rates based on experience.
