As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting our culinary team by assisting with food preparation, dishwashing, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area. Duties:
Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling dishes.
Operate kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, food processors, and slicers in a safe and efficient manner.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste.
Support kitchen staff in stocking and organizing ingredients and supplies, ensuring they are readily accessible for food preparation.
Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times, including proper handling and storage of perishable items.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery in the kitchen.
