Team Leader Required at Warehouse in London
Pay - £15 - £18 an hour
Shift and schedule - Weekend availability, Monday to Friday

Warehouse Team Leader
At Plant Designs, we are making London a greener place to live and work.
We design, install, and care for some of the city’s most innovative plant displays and over the Christmas period we complete 250+ projects from mid November to early December to transform offices with outstanding decor displays.
The Role:
We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader with excellent organisational skills to oversee stock in our Christmas department and prepare for upcoming Christmas installations. You will be working with our Christmas Manager who oversees the management and stock of our Christmas department as well as managing quality control of all festive projects.
The ideal candidate for this role will be proactive, efficient, have a positive upbeat attitude and must be able keep up with a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Independent and proactive
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to manage and delegate workload to a small team in a busy warehouse
- Delegating orders for picking to team members and ensuring stock is correctly selected
- Calm
- Problem solver
- Highly IT literate
- Organising the stock take of all products, efficiently packing and barcoding stock
- Ability to track stock in more than one warehouse
- Accountable for all incoming and outgoing festive orders and stock
