First Call Talent Solutions are recruiting for a permanent car park supervisor for a large retailer in Wembley, London!

Working 5 days out of 7, which will include some weekends

Permanent contract

£28’953 per year

Job Duties of a Car Park Supervisor:

• You will be overseeing the collection of abandoned trolleys and ensure that they are quickly returned to customer pick-up points in a good clean condition.
• Managing a small team to deliver the highest standard of customer service.
• Ensure all staff adhere to the Company’s HR and H&S policies and procedures.
• Recording and submission of time sheets on a weekly basis.
• Completing weekly rosters.
• Liaising with store managers and colleagues to help develop and maintain excellent working customer relationships.
• Dealing with customers and resolving any complaints.
• Carrying out general maintenance, inspection, cleaning and repairs to the trolley fleet on site.
• Motivating, training and developing a flexible team.
