Floor Supervisor
Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Floor Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the floor.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Manage and organise floor activities to maximise efficiency
- Monitor stock levels and oversee replenishment processes
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members
Experience:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Proficiency in sales management techniques
- Effective team management capabilities
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Exceptional phone etiquette for effective communication
