🕐 Role & Shifts
Temporary role, day or night shift available, full time, part time. Shift availability may vary.
All the applicants who are successful in the selection process will be employed by our agency partner, Challenge TRG to carry out a temporary work assignment to Amazon.Challlenge TRG offers temporary contracts
Pay
£12.30 per hour for day time shifts.
£14.27 (£1.97 Night Shift Allowance) per hour for night time shifts.
£18.45 Overtime (40-50 hours)
£24.60 Overtime (50-60 hours)
📍 Location
BHX8: Amazon Sort Centre, BHX8, Unit A, Redditch Gateway, Coventry Highway, Redditch, B98 9FJ
🚍 Transport
Transport available to and from Amazon BHX8, calling at: King's Norton Railway Station Bunbury Road, Northfield Longbridge Railway Station Redditch Bus Station
🎓 Experience
You don't need previous experience, you’ll get on the job training
✅ What you’ll be doing with your team:
• Unload, lift and relocate products
• Scan, sort and divert packages containing the full range of Amazon’s products.
After training, you may also:
• Move products using industrial trucks and machines, like forklifts and power pallets.
• Work indoors and outdoors in the yard ensuring safe operations for the team and our delivery partners.

💪 Skills you need:
• Your safety comes first. You must be able to follow safety, quality and production standards
• You may need to stand and walk for long periods during your shift, this could be up to/more than 8 hours per shift.
• You may need to be able to lift (products up to 23kg), bend, twist, kneel and crouch
• You may be required to handle a full range of Amazon products, including alcohol, pork, beef and other animal products.
