Role - Skilled Operational Partner CDH (Customer Delivery Hub)
Position - Permanent Position
Location - Innova Park CDH
Hours - Full time hours 37.5 hours. Working Monday Friday 22:00-06:00.
Rate of Pay - £12.95
Due to working time regulations, applicants must be 18 years or over to apply.
In addition to the pay stated, you will receive a shift premium of 33.3% of the base rate with a potential earning of up to £16.75, hourly for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00.
About the role:
Our Skilled Warehouse Operators work in a Warehouse Operation assisting the team to deliver in all receiving, storage and dispatch tasks ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time ready to be delivered to John Lewis customers and branches. As our Skilled Operational Partner you will use manual handling equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for ensuring the warehouse is supporting all the Partnership channels by managing stock coming in to and being sent out of the warehouse.
Performing duties of unloading and loading stock, accurately recording deliveries into the warehouse, moving stock around the warehouse and collecting stock for deliveries. All these duties to be performed in a safe manner with an awareness of individual responsibility for health and safety at all times. Please note that this role involves heavy lifting.
