Duties and responsibilities:
John Lewis Oxford Street are recruiting for a kitchen porter/pot wash to join the fabulous Benugo concession at the roof top bar. Duties will include washing up for lunch and dinner service, the cleaning of the kitchen post shift and appropriate disposal of waste.
Desirable skills or experience:
Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment
Ability to work efficiently and independently
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
Full training will be provided.
