**Job Summary** We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. As a key member of our restaurant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a memorable dining experience to our guests. If you have a passion for mixing drinks, creating an atmosphere, and helping others, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Duties** - Greet and serve customers in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. - Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, with attention to detail and presentation. - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. - Manage cash and credit transactions, handle tips, and maintain accurate records. - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or questions promptly and professionally. - Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues to ensure seamless service. - Demonstrate excellent time management skills, juggling multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines. - Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with new products, techniques, and industry trends. **Experience** - Prior experience as a bartender or in the hospitality industry is highly desirable. - A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices is essential. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities at once. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide help and support to guests and colleagues. - Basic math skills to accurately manage cash and credit transactions. - Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects. **Skills** - Proven bartending skills, with a focus on quality and presentation. - Strong knowledge of hospitality and customer service principles. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Basic math skills and experience with cash handling. - Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - A passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
