We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our Sangeeth team. This is a brand new Indian modern restaurant that is coming to Leicester. The ideal candidate will assist in meal preparation, ensuring a smooth kitchen operation and maintaining high food safety standards.
*Responsibilities*
- Support the kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking tasks
- Assist with catering orders and restaurant service as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations at all times
*Experience*
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is desirable
- Familiarity with culinary terms and kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
