Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred Shoreditch has 258 bedrooms, five restaurants and bars including a breakfast restaurant, a destination cocktail bar and a rooftop bar and terrace, offering panoramic views over East London.
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Bartender to bring their mixology expertise to Seed Library at One Hundred Shoreditch. You’ll play a key role in curating unique cocktails, serving drinks with flair, and providing top-notch service in a cool, relaxed setting. If you’re passionate about crafting memorable drinks and delivering excellent guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including signature cocktails, classic drinks, wines, and beers, with impeccable attention to detail.
Deliver outstanding customer service, engaging with guests to provide drink recommendations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Assist in developing new and creative cocktails that fit Seed Library’s unique style and vibe.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Manage stock levels, restocking bar supplies as needed and placing orders when necessary.
Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
Ensure all glassware, utensils, and bar equipment are clean and well-maintained.
Uphold the Seed Library’s standards of hospitality, professionalism, and presentation at all times.
Collaborate with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations and seamless service.
Stay updated on industry trends and continuously seek opportunities to enhance your bartending skills and knowledge.
