Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team in a bustling restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and be adept at providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the till efficiently
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending within a restaurant environment
- Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour to assist customers effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
