Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to the handling, storage, and distribution of goods. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Cutting and labelling wood flooring samples
-Picking and packing samples orders
- Picking and packing flooring orders accurately and efficiently.
- Conducting materials handling tasks to ensure proper storage and retrieval of products.
- Assisting with shipping and receiving processes, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
- Maintaining an organised and clean work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in picking, packing, loading, and unloading processes.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 25 kg) safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with materials handling techniques and safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
