Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential.
Duties
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean windows, surfaces, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment.
- Dispose of rubbish and recycling in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Ability to drive is advantageous for roles that require travel between locations.
- Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- A strong customer service orientation is essential to meet the needs of our clients.
