We have an exciting new vacancy for a Night Receptionist to join our team at Hollins Hall Hotel & Country Club! Set in 200 acres of stunning grounds, just 6 miles from Bradford and 5 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport. This historic hotel has 122 spacious bedrooms, an on-site Bar & Restaurant as well as exceptional Leisure facilities and an 18 18-hole championship Golf Course.

Your duties will include:
Monitoring the reception desk and dealing with Front Office duties including running the night audit report, checking -in and checking out of guests, as well as Counting and balancing cash, credit cards and direct bill accounts.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of guests at night, maintaining the highest levels of courtesy and politeness.
Conducting regular security checks of fire exits and public areas, reporting any issues to the manager on duty.
Assisting with event setup and service.
Having a thorough understanding of all hotel systems and procedures and providing support as needed.
Being aware of weekly business in the hotel and maximizing sales opportunities for food, beverages, and rooms.
