Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience to our guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, make recommendations upon request.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring orders are delivered accurately and promptly.
• Monitor tables and attend to guests’ needs, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Clear and reset tables after guests leave, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist in the preparation and setup of dining areas before service and clean-up after service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly, seeking assistance from management when necessary.
• Uphold the restaurant’s standards for quality and customer service at all times.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remember orders.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
