Wholesale Packing Assistant Job
We are looking for an energetic candidate to join a tight-knit wholesale packing department at our arches in Bermondsey. They will play a key role in getting the cheeses we love out to our wholesale customers across the country.
An ideal candidate will be organised, precise, strategy driven and, importantly, have a genuine passion for good food. Crucially, we are seeking an individual who enjoys efficient and thorough teamwork within the food industry whilst embracing the highly physical and practical nature of the job.
Experience in cheesemongering is not essential, though being comfortable eating cheese most days as part of your job is!
This is a 4 days per week position for which we provide comprehensive training and good opportunities for progression. Availability in the run-up to Christmas is essential with all our team working up till Christmas Eve.
We offer a London Living Wage salary with 5.6 weeks holiday per year. I year minimum commitment.
Previous work in food distribution & packing and a full, clean driving licence are all big pluses.
