Your Role as a Bartender
As a Bartender, you’ll be the heart of our bar operations, ensuring every guest feels welcome and leaves with a memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
Creating a warm, friendly atmosphere for all our guests.
Keeping the bar clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Monitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Processing customer transactions accurately using the till system.
Adhering to all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings energy and enthusiasm to every shift:
Experience: Previous bartending experience is a bonus, but we welcome anyone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Legal Requirements: You must meet the legal age to serve alcohol in the UK.
Skills: Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers.
Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and able to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment.
Flexibility: Available to work evenings and weekends.
