Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their car wash selections.
Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently, following all operational guidelines.
Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including exterior washing, interior vacuuming, and window cleaning.
Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Drive vehicles in and out of the wash area as needed, ensuring careful handling at all times.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not essential.
A valid driving licence is required to operate customer vehicles safely.
Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
