We're seeking a Customer Service Colleague to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- Checking passenger travel documentation at check-in area and boarding gate for acceptance
- Representing the airline and providing an exceptional level of customer service, making the passengers journey positively memorable
- Consistently delivering the highest customer service
- Reinforcing rules for oversized luggage, ensuring the correct fees apply if the size/weight is over allowances
- Assisting passengers during flight disruptions (delays, cancellations), overbooking and any other incidence
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service desirable, preferably in the travel industry
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL
- Be able to provide five years address history
- Be able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
- To obtain a full airside ID
