- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and surrounding areas, following food safety protocols.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment and help each other during peak times.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Excellent time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
