We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control.
- Load and unload goods, employing safe handling techniques to prevent damage.
- Utilise a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track stock levels and manage inventory effectively.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Handle materials with care, following proper procedures for heavy lifting and storage.
- Maintain an organised and clean work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are free from hazards.
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory counts as required.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is advantageous.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems will be beneficial for efficient operations.
