- Familiarity with large-scale retail stock operations, ideally with experience using SAP inventory systems.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Strong PC literacy and numeracy skills.
- A meticulous and process-driven approach, with attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Customer-focused with a collaborative team spirit.
- Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts, including early mornings and late evenings.
- Strong organisational skills to keep the shop floor and stock areas running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Picking e-commerce customer orders across over 100 own-bought and concession brand sites, ensuring care and precision to maintain a seamless customer experience.
- Processing customer returns, raising queries, and liaising with relevant departments.
- Handling stock operations such as checking, putting away stock, repacking deliveries, palletising totes, wrapping pallets, and managing returns to the shop floor.
- Maintaining housekeeping and Health & Safety standards.
