Working here feels pretty unique, and our Customer Service Assistants are a vital ingredient in the guest experience. Therefore, we’re looking for people who strive for the best, are guest focused and radiate passion and enthusiasm.
In these varied roles you will be the first point of contact for our guests, offering a warm welcome, whether selling a memento of our guests amazing experience or supporting them to stock up on SEA LIFE or LEGO related goodies, answering any questions guests may have and acting as a sales representative.
These are seasonal, fixed term positions. Shifts will include mainly weekend work with opportunities to flex up hours during school holidays. Hours are anything from 8am – 10pm. All our seasonal roles are offered on a flexible basis, as availability of work may vary.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working in a customer facing environment
- Friendly and hardworking with a "can do" demeanour
- Excellent communicator who loves to get along with people of all ages
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
