Job Summary

As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with various tasks in the kitchen as needed. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests’ tables.
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Basic maths skills for processing bills and handling payments.
- Knowledge of culinary practices and food preparation techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of food safety regulations is desirable.
- A team player who can assist colleagues in various tasks as needed.
- Fluent in English
