Full job description
We are looking for team members to join us at The Lawn Club in Spinningfields. Bar experience is essential.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Experience:
- Previous experience in bartending or working in a restaurant/hospitality environment is preferred but personality the main thing.
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Skills:
- Excellent guest service skills to provide a positive experience
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
- Basic knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes
