As an essential part of our opening team, you will help kick start the day by delivering exceptional service and maintaining the high standards our customers expect. Key Responsibilities:
-Opening Duties: Arrive on time for early shifts (starting at 5:00 AM) to help open the restaurant and ensure everything is ready for the day’s operations.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude, ensuring a great experience for every guest.
- Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation and assembly, ensuring all food safety standards and quality control procedures are followed.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and ready for the day by completing opening cleaning duties and maintaining the workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the rest of the team to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently during the opening hours.
- Cash Handling: If required, assist with cash register operations and handle transactions with accuracy.
- Availability: Must be available for opening shifts, starting at 5:00 AM. Flexibility is key — we need individuals who can work various shifts, including weekends.
- Weekend Availability: Must be able to work on weekends, as this is a high-demand time for the restaurant.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to fast-paced situations.
- Reliable and Punctual: Must be dependable and arrive on time for early shifts.
- Positive Attitude: Must have a friendly, upbeat, and customer-focused attitude.
- Previous Experience: Prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required. We will provide all necessary training!
