Job Type - Part Time
Salary - £25,396 per annum
Location - Slough
Working hours:
- 8 hours per shift total 40 hours per week. Within the 8 hour shift you will receive a
- 15 minute tea break and a 45 minute lunch break. You may also be required to
- work additional hours due to the needs of the business.
Overview of position:
- The hygienist is responsible for daily scheduled cleaning and any requirements that
- May arise throughout the shift E.G. spillages. Some lifting will be involved. You will
- also be required to meet the KPI’S within the hygienist role and adhere to all health
- and safety regulations and requirements when on site. Training will be provided for all aspects of the role.
Main Duties:
- Using the recycling balers for in house generated waste and the waste from our customer depots.
- Deep cleaning of aisles.
- Collecting waste that is generated by the operation to keep the warehouse clean and tidy throughout the shift.
- Daily cleaning of the toilets and canteen including mopping.
- Emptying bins.
- Dealing with spillages as they happen including broken glass.
- Ensuring the waste is correctly disposed of in its designated container.
- Adhere to all aspects of Health and Safety.
