Experienced Turkish-Speaking Nanny (Full-Time)
We are a warm, friendly, and respectful family seeking a dedicated and experienced nanny to become a valued part of our household. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely loves working with children and is looking for a long-term role where they can build a strong, trusting relationship with both the children and parents.
You will be responsible for the care of our two children; a 13-month-old baby (currently not walking) and a 6-year-old and play an essential role in their daily routines, development, and well-being. We are looking for someone nurturing, organised, and proactive, who can:
- Create a calm, safe, and engaging environment for the children
- Encourage and support the baby’s developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities
- Confidently manage the day-to-day routines of both children
- Build a positive, supportive relationship with our family
- Work independently and adapt to the family's changing needs
- Communicate openly and effectively with the parents
Responsibilities include:
- Providing full care for a 13-month-old and a 6-year-old, including meal/snack preparation and naptime routines
- Taking the baby outdoors for fresh air and attending local baby groups
- Washing and maintaining hygiene routines for the baby
- Supporting developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities
- Creating a calm, nurturing, and engaging environment for both children
- Travelling with the family and adapting routines between homes when needed
- Maintaining baby-related areas, laundry, and belongings
- Picking up the older child from school
- Caring for both children on Fridays and managing their evening and bedtime routines
- Ensuring safety and well-being with basic first aid knowledge
- Working during school term time only
