Looking for Commercial Assistant Job

We’re excited to be hiring our very first Commercial Assistant — a brand new role designed for someone eager to explore a career in eCommerce.
This initial 12-month fixed-term opportunity offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth business, supporting key teams across Buying, Trading, and Cards. You'll rotate through different areas of our Commercial function, gaining insight into how brilliant products and campaigns come to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Be the go to person for all day to day tasks and queries around the Partnership investment project
- Work with Buyers to review monthly plans and update content calendars and to understand monthly and yearly funding in order to understand priorities
- Support buyers in securing supplier-funded promotions and maximizing revenue.
- Work with Content, CRM, and Marketing teams to execute brand activity and promotions.
- Conduct regular site walks to capture and review brand activity and ensure strong execution.
- Manage rebate processes with Finance and ensure compliance.
- Provide suppliers with performance feedback, sales data and campaign insights
About you:

- Organised with strong attention to detail
