Overview
Small hotel in LU1 is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Porter to join our team for 2 nights a week. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests while providing exceptional service. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their luggage and other needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the lobby and common areas.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist with the delivery of messages, packages, and other items to guests as needed.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest services.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality at all times, ensuring every guest feels valued.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour, demonstrating a passion for guest services.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
