Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming fashion goods on arrival to the warehouse.
- Help unpack fashion goods into correct bins, with high attention to detail.
- Use a scanner/online system to ensure all stock is stored in the correct location.
- Accurately pick, pack and prepare customer orders.
- Organise shipment of order to customer via Royal Mail/DPD/other courier services.
- Ensure that the product matches the SKU (style, size, colour and quantity stated in the order)
- Ensure high product quality and proper packaging standards.
- Process returns according to company policy and reports to the Customer Service team.
- Update inventory records.
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Coordinate with the Indonesian team for stock updates and issue resolution.
- Work with the UK team to prepare and send out gifting orders to influencers.
- Work with the UK team to prepare and send out stock for events in the UK.
- Perform other duties as required in relation to warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- We welcome candidates with no experience, as long as you're eager to learn about warehouse operations.
- Available to work flexible hours.
- High attention to detail, good at communications, fast and organised.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
