Job Summary:
GLUTE FREE PIZZA BASES MAKER will help prepare our PIZZA BASES for wholesale, direct orders and restaurants.
In addition to making the dough, rolling dough, packing, and storing, the role includes prepping the ingredients for the dough and baking and routine kitchen tasks such as cleaning and setting up baking stations.
You will also help with the packing of orders. In short, you will have a hand in making the pizza bases end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Fulfil all pizza base doing jobs to our standard.
- Weighing and measuring ingredients.
- Kneading dough using industrial dough mixers.
- Rolling and cutting dough.
- Spread the dough and bake the bases
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen following a ‘clean as you go mentality.
- Washing dishes, sanitising surfaces, taking out the rubbish, and receiving and putting away deliveries.
- Ensure all food and other items are stored correctly.
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organised.
- Keeping accurate records as per Food Safety guidelines.
