Position Summary: As a Storekeeper at St. Pancras London, you’ll be the key person responsible for the daily operation of our Beverage Cellar, supporting five food & beverage outlets across the hotel. This hands-on role focuses on stock control, cellar organization, and compliance with internal procedures—from goods receiving and issuing to maintaining accurate records and ensuring all transfers are tracked and approved. You’ll work closely with the F&B, Purchasing and Finance teams to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time, all while helping to reduce waste and improve efficiency. - Assign and ensure work tasks are completed correctly and on time; serve as a departmental role model or mentor.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational quality.

- Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
- Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.
- Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
