We are seeking a dedicated Yard Worker to join our team in managing the day-to-day operations of our yard. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be comfortable working in an outdoor environment. *Responsibilities* - Perform heavy lifting tasks to move materials and equipment around the yard - Assist with equipment repair and maintenance as needed - Handle shipping and receiving duties efficiently - Utilise mechanical knowledge to operate forklifts for loading and unloading purposes - Manage warehouse inventory and ensure accurate stock levels - Utilise basic maths skills for inventory tracking - Operate warehouse management systems to track shipments and orders *Experience* - Previous experience in materials handling and warehouse operations is advantageous - Proficiency in using forklifts for load/unload tasks - Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus - Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly Join our team as a Yard Worker and contribute to the smooth functioning of our yard operations.
