Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Parcel Sorter to join our team. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for accurately sorting parcels to ensure they are ready for timely delivery. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy active work and early morning shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and scan parcels accurately based on delivery routes
- Load and unload vehicles efficiently and safely
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Report any damaged or misrouted parcels to a supervisor
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Work as part of a team to meet tight deadlines and daily targets
Requirements:
- Must pass a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a warehouse or parcel sorting role is advantageous but not essential
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
